EHS Band Picnic
And
New Members Orientation
Join us as we celebrate the accomplishments of the past year and rev up the excitement for the 2012 marching season!
A special invitation to our seniors to recognize their hard work and dedication and also to your new marchers as they begin their marching band adventure!
When? Where?
May 22, Tuesday Freeman Lake
6 – 8 pm Searle Pavilion
(If it rains, we will gather in the EHS Commons Area.)
What to do?
Volleyball – Frisbee - Balloon Toss Dizzy Bat – Corn Hole – Hillbilly Golf, etc.
Just bring your favorite play items!
What to bring?
Seniors – Your choice
Juniors – Drinks (12-pack or three 2 liters)
Sophomores – Desserts
Freshmen – Side dishes
7th/8th grade – Any of the above
The Band Boosters will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, plates, cups, plastic utensils.

If the band takes an overnight trip, the cost of hotels, etc. will be paid by the individual students, except for transportation expenses which are paid by the Band Booster organization. Parents will be sent this information in advance in order to allow for the arrangements of payment to be made. |

If you have not already done so, please be sure and get your scholarship form turned into Mr. Webster just as soon as possible. The deadline was actually the 11th, but you can still make it. Also keep in mind that almost evey dime of your fees can be taken care of simply by volunteering to help out with our fundraisers. |
